Ytmp4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ytmp4 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

Password Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ytmp4 account password and login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a ytmp4 user, you agree to comply with all rules set by the platform and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or third parties.
Strictly Prohibited Activities

- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems
- Using the account for money laundering or any other illegal activities
- Sharing your account with another individual or transferring account ownership
- Spreading false information or harmful content through the platform
- Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain
General User Responsibilities
- Keep your personal account information up to date at all times
- Bet and play within the limits set by the platform
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Report any technical issues or misconduct to the support team
- Do not use a VPN to bypass geographical restrictions where applicable
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ytmp4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports local payment methods suited to Malaysian users.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method. All deposits are processed with secure encryption. ytmp4 does not directly store your credit card or banking details. Deposited funds may only be used for activities permitted within the platform.
Withdrawals

Liability Limits & Account Policies
Ytmp4 Liability Limit
Ytmp4 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. ytmp4's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. ytmp4 does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or accessible at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ytmp4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraud, illegal activity, or at the platform's sole discretion. In cases of justified suspension, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the ytmp4 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and game content — is the property of ytmp4 or its respective licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.

The ytmp4 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ytmp4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such sites entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ytmp4 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
